Selena is the Lead Pastor and co-founder of The Well Church. She is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She is most passionate about encouraging and empowering others to live the life that God created them for through the life-giving power of the Holy Spirit.

Dylan is the Marshfield Campus Pastor and co-founder of The Well Church with Selena. Dylan is passionate about sharing the life-changing message of Jesus with those who seem to have lost all hope. Dylan married his wife Madi (who is the campus worship leader) in 2016. They now have two kids!

Austin is the Worship Minister for all campuses at The Well. Austin sensed God’s call to ministry while in high school, but was unsure where that path would lead. While pursuing a college degree in criminal justice and sociology, God opened the door for Austin to lead worship at The Well. Austin is excited to see where God will lead him in ministry.
It is the desire of Austin’s heart to teach people that worship isn’t just music, but a way of life! He prays that people will understand that we worship God in all that we could do!
